Well, happy Independence Day everyone!! We live in the best country in the world…there’s no doubt about that, but there’s something of extreme importance that I want to talk to you guys about today. If you were on a bus or a plane and somebody yelled “WE’VE BEEN HIGHJACKED!!!”, what would your immediate reaction be? By nature, as humans, we tend to have either one or both of only two reactions…fight or flight. The cool thing is that there are a few different ways to perform either one of them. Most of the time when you’ve heard of “fight or flight”, it’s been in stories of people in physical danger and the reactions that ensue. They’re always really fun stories to hear. People that lean towards “fight” will stand up in situations of fear. They won’t have their rights infringed upon. They are the stories you hear about people who fight off wild animals with their bare hands because they or someone they cared about was being attacked. And then, sometimes the prudent reaction isn’t “fight”, but “flight”. People that always adopt the “fight” principle can sometimes lose a little finesse when it comes to dealing with more sensitive situations. That is why “flight” is another option. But there are many different ways to flee. In some situations, people actually, physically run away in order to save themselves. In other situations people flee mentally and emotionally by becoming complacent in a situation. This happens in marriages often. And it’s happening to we Americans right now. We are fleeing the truth by sticking our heads in the sand.
What’s my point??, you may be wondering…well, I’m getting there. My point is that I’m affraid that the majority of Americans have emotionally fled from a situation that is detrimental to our survival as a free society. We’ve been highjacked!!! And let me tell you this…this is by no means a “Democrat vs. Republican” or “Conservative vs. Liberal” situation. Our rights are slowly being highjacked by a government that has gotten way too big for their britches. As Americans, we have forgotten who is in control. You see, we think we have control if we vote for who we think is a great candidate for gov’t seats. The reason we think that is because we’ve been programed to think that. All our lives, we’ve been told that voting is the most patriotic duty we have. Bulls#*t!!! The founders of this great country would be ashamed of what we’ve become. So ashamed, in fact that they might just become “traitors” and start a new country. Here’s the thing…there’s only a hair’s difference between “Traitor” and “Patriot”. We are rolling over…we are taking a beating from bullies because we lack the heart to stand up for ourselves. America…land of the free…and the complacent. Government should not rule over it’s people. The people should rule over the government. We voted them into power. They would not be there if it weren’t for us. Therefore, WE ARE IN CONTROL…but they don’t want us to know that…so they pat us on the back and say, “It’s okay…just sit back and relax and we’ll take care of everything that you’re not smart enough for.” And here’s what makes me wanna puke…WE ACTUALLY DO THAT. We just fall in line and never question the almighty government. I mean, they’re looking out for our best interest, right??? WRONG. They’re looking out for they’re best interest…and yes, I am saying there are two different sides…like a battle. We are one side with great numbers, but no vision…and they are the other side with small numbers but ample resources. We’re losing this battle, guys…and we’re losing to an opponent that we have grossly outnumbered.
Here’s an example of us being taken advantage of by our government. Did you know that taxation without representation is the main reason America was founded? Our forefathers were being taxed to death…and with no rhyme or reason. So, what did they do?? They just paid it blindly and trusted in the powers that be, right??? Hell no!!! They took a stand because they understood that we are ALL born with basic human rights that should never…ever…ever be challenged. And when they are challenged, we don’t flee…we fight. Did you know that the tax system in this country was put in place and designed to only be active during war times? Do you remember several years ago when we weren’t at war? Did you still have to pay taxes? Of course you did. Did you know that our tax system is 100% unconstitutional? So, I have to ask…of what value is the constitution if those who are put in office to “enforce” it, are instead pushing a system that goes against it? I’ve often caught myself wondering, “What am I paying for?” You see, I’m accustomed to a free trade merchant system…which means when I give someone my money, I, in return, expect to receive a product or service. So, my question is simply this: What product or service are we receiving in exchange for our tax dollars? Some say we receive protection because our military and police force are government paid empoyees. Some say we receive assurance of our way of life. No matter what the illusion is that we’re “receiving” for our hard earned money, the loop-hole is still the same. If we’re paying to receive these things then why the hell is our national debt so high? We should be self sustained. It stands to reason that someone is turning a profit, right? I mean think about it and consider the numbers. If everybody’s paying taxes AND we’re borrowing money on top of that…in comparison to how many people there are on government payrolls, we should have the craziest surplus in history. In business terms, our operating expenses are WAY lower than our revenue. So, how is our profit margin nonexistent? Here’s how…it’s padding the pockets of the people that we elected into government positions. I’m just a business man but I can tell you this…if a business is hemoraging money as much as our government apparently is, it’s called negative cashflow and it either gets the axe in order to stop the bleeding, OR it’s restructured. In the case of our government, it needs to be restructured since we can’t just axe it and walk away. Again this has nothing to do with Obama, Democrats, Republicans or any of that crap. They’re ALL greedy, corrupt bastards in my opinion…Democrats and Republicans alike. I know I’ve gone on quite a rant here but I hope you all got a little something from it.
